  • Can I change my order if it's incorrect?
    Not unless the goods are faulty. As the items are customised per order it's important to get the correct size. If your goods are faulty (damaged or incorrect logo): Please notify the store on cs@penguinschoolwear.com within 72 hours of the item/s being received. Please include a photo of the fault/error with the email to speed up the process. Any return carriage & costs will be covered by Penguin Schoolwear. Replacement goods will be processed and dispatched as priority.* *subject to stock & availability.
  • How long will my order take?
    Depending on the selected delivery timeframe order can take: 1. Home delivery - up to 10 working days. 2. School / Setting - up to max 28 working days * *The order will likely be processed within a normal lead time, with a monthly delivery being made to the chosen setting. For urgent orders required in less than 10 working days, please contact the team on hello@penguinschoolwear.com prior to placing your order.
  • Ive ordered the wrong size?
    It does happen, firstly we need to get the correct one arranged. Please see the relevant size guides and place the new order. As the items are customised per order, we can't take a return or arrange an exchange. We as Parents ourselves know what it can be like, so Penguin Schoolwear are be working at creating a community within each school/setting so parents/guardian can liaise on sizing as often children are the same size. Also, the ability to liaise and perhaps sell amongst yourselves. We are keen to help support & keep uniform costs to a minimum for everyone alike.
